Andrea Hill is an independent curator based in New York City and the Managing Editor at Paddle8, an online exhibition platform. She started her art career at Phillips de Pury & Company in private sales and collections working with individual and corporate clients. In June 2010, she participated in Independent Curators International’s inaugural Curatorial Intensive course. Her curatorial interests consider public art and performance among others. She has worked with public art initiatives Smart Spaces and No Longer Empty and produced exhibitions, festivals and events in galleries and non-traditional and temporary spaces in the greater New York area. She received a BA in Art and English from Yale University and a Master in International Affairs from Columbia University.
